When it comes to delicacy,they say's that Biscocho has been a top choice for the Ilonggo's snacks for almost three decades now.And as an Ilonggo citizen I do believe that it is true,And for me my life will never be complete if I missed the savoury delight of biscocho especially in Ilo-Ilo.
