Bicol Express

For food lovers, Bicol Express is the super spicy, yet, sought after special delicacy of the Bicol region. But for travelers, Bicol Express has another definition - the smooth, fast journey across Bicol. Thanks to the nicely paved and less congested super highways, Bicol has probably given me the best road experience thus far.
